At ZW Collections, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer returns and exchanges under the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • The size delivered is different from the size you ordered

  • The item has a manufacturing fault

Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • The customer must provide unboxing video or clear pictures as proof (standard Pakistan e-commerce requirement)

Items NOT eligible for return/exchange:

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Custom-stitched or altered items


3. Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order Number

  • Name

  • Issue Description

  • Pictures/Unboxing Video as proof

Step 2: Review

Our support team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: Return Shipment

If approved:

  • Customer must send the product back to our Kasur return address

  • Items must reach us before a replacement is issued

  • Customer will pay the return shipping cost (except for wrong/defective orders)

Step 4: Exchange or Refund

After receiving the item:

  • For exchanges → we ship replacement within 2–4 working days

  • For refunds → refund is issued to bank account/easypaisa/jazzcash within 5–7 working days


4. Wrong Size Delivered (Our Mistake)

If we sent the wrong size, we take full responsibility.
We will provide:

  • Free exchange

  • Free replacement shipping


5. Customer Ordered Wrong Size

If the customer ordered an incorrect size:

  • Exchange is allowed

  • Customer pays both sides shipping


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged:

  • You must share unboxing video + photos

  • A replacement will be sent free of cost


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
